Went in for a professional haircut after 1.5 years (thanks covid!). Had quite long straggly hair and wanted a change, and Sara did such a great job! She had a look at the pictures I had for ideas, didn't shy away from making it very short (which is a problem I've had before in other places that never go as short as I ask), and did a very careful and precise job. Right amount of chit chat, friendliness and efficiency for me.
Have had a great blowdry experience a couple of years ago with Niamh too, so thought I'd mention that as well.
The only couple of things I'd mention is that some other members (not Sara) had their masks lowered which wasn't the best. I'm not too paranoid or clean freak myself but these are still things I think would best be avoided.
I'd definitely come back though! Always satisfied hair-wise.
