I was desperate to find a new Barbour in West Kensington after being let down by my previous one.. happened to walk by the Grooming Cave was firstly impressed by the design and cleanliness of the shop.. at first was very nervous to try somewhere new as I’ve got very difficult hair to cut, also having had a hair transplant with a scar at the back. Jay was very professional and listen to to my concerns he instantly relaxed me.. spend time with me to guarantee a perfect cut. Which he did.. I am now a regular client and visit every 2-3 weeks.
