I had a underarm wax today, and very happy with the results, as always. The staff are always friendly and attentive. You are made to feel comfortable, and the room is clean and very tidy.
I have been coming here for over a year for my waxing sessions and really enjoy the results of my treatment, they are the best waxers! So professional and very welcoming and warm. I hardly book in advance and always pop in on the off chance that I can be seen and they are so great at accommodating me, such a lovely atmosphere and excellent service by the therapists!
I had a wonderful facial. I always come to Aurora as everyone is so friendly and I have never had an unpleasant experience
Lida was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease the whole appointment. The waxing service was fantastic and cant recommend more highly

I have had laser treatment in my life quite a few times. All of them were either big disappointment or I was only happy for a little while.
This time however I am pleasantly surprised that from the first session I can see a clear improvement to my skin and that the laser works as I would have expected to work.

I’d done my homework and it was a dream appointment. Yes, it does hurt a bit but bearable. The electrologist -if that is her title, was as gentle as she could and talked me through what she was doing. I would go again, if necessary.
