From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and kind—it instantly put me at ease. My technician was incredible: attentive, gentle, and meticulous with every detail. She took the time to show me colour options for my base and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, not too busy, which made the whole experience feel even more special. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and feel looked after.
