Everyone is always so friendly. The atmosphere always makes you feel comfortable and confident straight away. I have gone in with my friend before for her appointment as she was nervous and everyone is very understanding about me going in for moral support.

Francesca gave me a detailed breakdown of my skin and thankfully both Shirin and Francesca suggested me products and procedures that helped improve my acne and especially the facial with Shirin significantly refreshed my skin

Wonderful to be able to trust your therapist and Franchesca is fantastic, she knows exactly the best treatment for you and explains everything.
Change of stylist meant I had Georgia for my appointment. Got ready and Georgia put me at ease straight away reminding me about positioning. I hardly had any discomfort and I chattered away as per usual! lol.
Looked and felt great at the end of my appointment.
I was advised that the therapist I have seen on a monthly basis for several years had left the salon. I was informed that I had been rebooked with different therapist at the same time. However, I was asked if I could come in an hour and 40 minutes earlier, which I did. However, the therapist was 20 minutes late taking me through.
Her initial consultation was good and communication clear. However, her delivery of the facial was different to what I had experienced (and been very happy with) by my previous therapist.
I had booked an hour and 20 minute appointment to include electrolysis.. however I felt the end of my appointment was rushed and was surprised when the therapist barely completed the treatment before saying she had to go. This was just about an hour after my treatment started. I mentioned this at Reception and was offered 20% off my bill. I accepted this but was only then told that the therapist I had been allocated was more expensive than all the other therapists!
This has tainted somewhat what was a very good relationship with the salon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry for any confusion regarding your recent visits and would like to clarify a few points, Unfortunately, Tania was not following True Medispa protocols during your appointment. With any of our therapists, clients are only put under the light for 10 minutes unless they choose an upgrade.
Regarding the eyebrow tint and shaping, this was a one-time complimentary offer when you initially booked a facial. It should not have continued as a regular service, and normally you would be charged for each visit. Francesca, who you saw at your later appointments, kindly did your eyebrows and tinting complimentary. For future visits, these services would need to be paid for according to the therapist’s pricing.
I apologise that this wasn’t clearly explained, and I’m happy to offer a refund for the difference you would have paid with Tania on this occasion.
Shirin is fully qualified in electrolysis and just requires a refresher. If you’d be happy to see her, I can offer you 50% off your electrolysis once she’s ready. Please let me know if this would interest you I’d love for you to try her!

I had my regular facial plus leg wax, with Georgina, (not my usual therapist.) She was lovely - friendly and professional. I had a very relaxing experience, with a slightly different ‘take’ on what would be best for my skin. Skin felt super soft afterwards and ‘glowing.’ Would definitely recommend!!
