Rock and Fairy

I had the pleasure of Lindzi and Kelly working on my cut and colour today - and they delivered a confidence-boosting makeover. This salon is a keeper - has professionalism and great style, and they are friendly, receptive and creative, a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I love visiting Rock and Fairy, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I always feel fabulous, absolutely fabulous when I come out too because my hair looks great!

Great friendly staff will defo use them again! You saved my life today! After using the the diy box dye after I had it highlighted from another salon, it obviously went
very wrong so after 3 attempts at trying to get an appointment today, I came across Rock & Fairy and not too far from home, I spoke with Chris on the phone and i explained my silly actions, he understood my desperation as i have a wedding to attend tomorrow! Instead of saying we are fully booked and cannot help he said how quick can you get here! 15mins, later i was in the hands of Megan!
She saw me and very kindly explained what they may be able to do to lift out the now very black greying hair. I was there @approx 9.45am all done and back to normal with with the ashy blond highlights i so so hoped for. Thankyou Team Rock & Fairy highly recommended, I can now confidently attend the wedding!

Ollie is a complete master with the scissors. Today he cut, thinned and styled my short hair leaving me feeling renewed and beaming with delight. Thrilled with my new haircut. Beckie took the time to listen to my concerns about my hair and made suggestions about what she could do.

She’s incredibly talented and skilled, with a deep understanding of hair texture, movement and facial shape. She really listens to what you want and then brings it to life, elevating it with subtle, thoughtful touches to make it suit you perfectly.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere and excellent staff . Not too chatty either . High quality colour treatment and personal attention to detail without too much fuss . My ideal hairdressing experience !

First visit to the salon- and I am so incredibly happy with the cut and colour! Kerry did such an amazing job as my hair was in such bad condition! I’ve really struggled to find a saloon I’m happy with since moving to London - looks like I’ve now found my hair home! Everyone was super friendly in the saloon and there was a chilled environment- would highly recommend Kerry she is very skilled at what she does…..thank you! And cannot wait to visit again 🥰

Usually have a good experience but unfortunately today the result was not what I expected. I had asked to go back to my root colour and it’s turned out very red I undertone and much darker than my root colour which is a real shame and I’m very disappointed.
