Hayley is a skilled and friendly stylist, I wanted a really blonde look, she explained it would take a few sessions to get the lift I needed as she didn’t want to cause damage. I appreciated her careful approach, I am very pleased with the result and it’s definitely near what I eventually want, my hair feels in great condition and I will be back.
