Michelle is both professional and warm. She does a great job (including a special head massage during wash if you fancy it! And an excellent colour and cut.) She respects your requests and can be chatty and amusing or genuinely caring and quiet depending on your mood. I highly recommend her and her colleagues. Our whole family enjoy (and are well looked after by) David Masters.
