During my consultation, Charlotte took the time to walk me through all the different hair options and explained each one in detail, offering her expert recommendations. Throughout the appointment, she kept me informed about what she was doing with my hair every step of the way. The results were amazing, my hair is the blondest it's ever been, and it still feels healthy and in amazing condition. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone!! Such a lovely salon too!

What a beautiful salon tucked away in the middle of Cheam Village. Charlotte has done a wonderful job creating such a professional hair salon - not only does it look stunning but she also sells some great products too at very competitive prices. She is very knowledgeable on all the products she sells which is very helpful. I will definitely be back.
