I booked in for a balayage. I booked a day off to get my hair coloured and have a fringe trim. Upon coming in they rushed me without me having a consultation. First impressions she’s rude and not very customer friendly. Turns out the stylist booked which was a senior stylist was now swapped and the new stylist doesn’t have time for the balayage. No empathy not the stylist fault but extremely bad management. my stylist was patronising as this is not my first balayage… an hour later one is doing the all over colour and another stylist has been called in to do the balayage… this is soooo unprofessional
