I did get the roots as well as balayage (caramel) I was told that the proper colour will be see over a period of time as I have red balayage done previously. That’s fine, I don’t understand why I was charged for the Toner as no one told me before applying and the purpose of it. So I basically paid the same price as a balayage without any discount. Not happy with the pricing!

We always explain to our clients the options available and the charges that come with them before carrying out any treatments.
