I had shining brilliant white hair and simply wanted a bit of subtle contrast.. I was given a toner without care or consultation by a person who could not have been less interested. It turned my hair blue and charcoal in clumps. Others spent two hours trying to rectify it but my hair is now mostly the colour of vomit and I want to cry if I look in the mirror. If you are too cool to bother with white hair you should say so.
