I gave Tom a challenge and a bit of a correction as having been a customer for years at Portobello then Liberty I tried the flagship for the first time to correct my first wandering away from TT to try a local salon in SW London. I felt a bit embarrassed but Tom rolled his sleeves up, accepted the challenge and painted freehand to turn the grown out highlights back to a beautiful balayage then Simon chopped off the dead ends and my hair looks thicker, shinier and feels amazing again. Thanks to the northern powerhouse duo. You are both amazing!
