Such lovely service and both colour and cut artists were so lovely, I have been to Taylor Taylor a few times and always left delighted. Sadly today I’m really upset… I came in asking to have a lift and get a brighter blonde back in my hair and I’ve come out with almost completely no difference… I got home and my boyfriend asked me if I’d even been to the salon. It feels and looks no different, only I’m £300 down. I expressed my concerns that it wasn’t what I was looking for and was expecting there to be some difference in the colour but nothing could be done apart from let the sun brighten it. I’m really really upset about it.
