Sonya understood what I wanted in the cut and achieved that, which is great. However when it came to blowdrying, it wasn't as good as expected with some parts not completed nicely. Also, she left as soon as the hour passed to welcome her next client without saying anything to me - I understand she has appointments, but at least explain that and I would understand.
