I haven’t had a haircut for a long time and was looking for a good salon to cut my hair as I’ve had difficulty in the past. I chose Tom as he mentioned in his profile he was a precision cutter, something I was looking for. Tom was polite and cut my hair very well and I’m very pleased with the hair cut. However, Tom isn’t a chatty Director, I had little conversation with him. Everyone else in the salon who were getting their haircut sounded like they had a much better experience. Their stylists were chatty, it was a bubbly lively atmosphere that was going on around me but in my experience it was mostly silence throughout the hair cut. Now I understand that some people have no interest in having conversations with customers like having to hear a life story, or where you work etc but I felt disappointed that I didn’t get the true haircut experience that I have had in the past, which I prefer.
