Honestly I was so disappointed. I booked in for a blow dry for a big event I was going to. I wanted a lovely blow dry with a bit of a wave - something chic and understated. Instead I got my hair tonged into what I could only describe as bad bridesmaid hair. It looked incredibly dated and I had to go home and brush the whole thing out and re-do it myself.
