I have had the yuko treatment done the last couple of years with Pranee ( 4 times so far).. She is absolutely fantastic. Professional, very good at her job, helpful and understanding ( I was running late from Cambridgeshire owing to the train delays today because of the snow and she was understanding and accommodated me without any problems).
