The stylist did a great job though I don’t know if she finished the cut because we ran out of time. (The salon should have a place to write a note in the booking system because some people have extra thick hair that takes longer. ) I felt rushed out and barely got to look at the cut. So I left feeling unsure if I liked it. Also I’ve been to the salon many times in the last 12 years and it used to be very cool but now instead of having Dazed magazine and Vogue it has Good Housekeeping and Women’s Own. What the hell? Even super old Dazed magazines would be better than that. Those details make me question the salon… have they given up a bit?

We can only apologise for the magazine selection , this is being rectified straight away , we did re-introduce magazines after Covid as nothing beats a flick through a printed magazine but there seems to have been a hiccup in our salon package . Please be assured Dazed , Wired , Vogue and our other usual magazines will be back in service straight away. No customer should feel rushed when in the salon and as the first salon to extend hair appointment from 45 minutes to an hour we know only too well that this should be a time when you relax and enjoy he moment . I do not know your contact details from this review but if you would be happy to contact the salon we can make sure we fully understand why your appointment was rushed and make any necessary changes .
