I went for a cut and blow this morning in the South Woodford branch. My appointment was for 9:30, I wasn’t seen until 10am. This was fine I was not in a rush. I had my hair washed, treatment and cut - the hair dresser was absolutely lovely and I am really happy with my hair cut however, the blow dry was not great. My hair still felt and looked a bit frizzy when I was leaving and my roots felt wet/damp to touch. I told the hairdresser who touched and said she didn’t think it was. I came home and I asked my partner who touched and said yeah it still feels wet. I then blow dried my hair myself and it felt dry....it meant my hair didn’t feel finished which was a shame.
