Stuart coloured my hair absolutely perfectly - I had sent him a photo beforehand and he got it exactly right. Leah cut my hair and again, achieved a cut that suits me brilliantly (and without any useful direction from me!). They are all incredibly friendly and warm. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.
