I just wanted to mention how very kind and understanding Olivia was this evening with my daughter. She discussed with them their anxiety around hair cuts, listened to what they are setting out to achieve, was honest, approached what she was doing by communicating really well throughout and helping us with a great plan going forward.
Thank you so much Olivia, this is a great step towards helping reduce their anxiety going forward.
