I have been a loyal client of this salon for 6.5 years, coming back every few weeks despite a few bad experiences in the past. However, this recent visit was unacceptable and will be my last.
I scheduled an appointment well in advance for eyelash lamination and full-leg waxing, specifically requesting a therapist I trust and know does excellent work. Without any notice or consent, my appointment was reassigned to another therapist. This lack of communication and disregard for my request was frustrating, to say the least.
The experience itself was extremely disappointing. The waxing was poorly executed—I had to ask the therapist to redo it because half the hair was still left on my legs. She used only two strips for the entire process, which made it unnecessarily painful, and to my shock, she reused a strip that had fallen on the floor. This showed zero regard for basic hygiene.
The eyelash lamination was even worse. It left my lashes damaged and uneven, with many horizontal lashes. This service not only failed to meet expectations but also caused visible harm to my eyelashes.
I contacted the salon to ask why my therapist was changed, especially since she was present in the salon at the time of my appointment. Despite being promised a response, no one got back to me. This isn’t the first time my appointments have been switched without notice, and it shows a complete lack of respect for loyal clients who take the time to book in advance.
I paid a significant amount of money for this visit, only to receive substandard service and feel as though I was being experimented on. After 6.5 years, it’s clear that loyalty and client satisfaction are not valued here. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend a salon that treats its clients this way.
