Each appointment is bespoke to you and your needs and this is the salon’s standout USP. Whilst many will claim this is their #1 priority, very few consistently nail it.
Fair to say, I had been looking for this level of direction and advice for a long time.
No appointment is rushed. Michelle is super attentive to my scalp, style and colour concerns - always ready to offer great advice.
She talks me through step by step during every treatment (they have a lovely organic range) and ensures that I understand the benefits. Michelle knows this because she uses the products herself.
Michelle totally understands what you want and how to achieve it. She is a perfectionist in every aspect of her work. After each visit, I leave her expert hands feeling genuinely happy with the results.
Whenever I visit Sheen Salon, I know peace of mind is guaranteed. That has to be the ultimate luxury!
