As they went through they had been giving me treatments without staying there would be an extra charges... this only became apparent at the end when they had already ‘done’ the work.

I also really wasn’t listened to, telling them not to use trimmers or touch certain parts of my hair and they did.

Lastly the whole ordeal took an hour and a half for a cut a barber could have done in 30 mins.
