Had a consultation with lovely Mica prior to my haircut. She did exactly what I wanted, talking through it and making sure I was happy . Mica is a lovely, happy member of the salon staff who makes you feel good and relaxed . I highly recommend her and and Luke Ormsby in Pinner.

Kelly’s advice for the product regarding the sensitivity and choice for colour was amazing. She is very caring and helpful.

Nice welcome when I came into the salon
I had a really relaxing shampoo and head massage by Briony and I really good cut and blow dry by Franci.

Franci was professional from start to finish, such a friendly and approachable person. As someone that is nervous of hairdressers, she put me at ease throughout the whole appointment. She gave me tips and tricks on how to maintain my hair. Will defo be booking again soon.

Beautiful salon and felt immediately looked after. I already had a consultation so after a quick recap Mica cut my hair and then styled it to perfection. Not left a salon this happy in many years.

Love my hair…..Chevonne has never given me anything but THE best! I used to worry but have never needed to since I came to Luke Ormsby! When I decided to go short a few cuts ago, I had a great many compliments! And although I am happy for Chevonne heading for a new chapter, felt sad for her not being in the Salon for a little while! But I trust her and her advice and look forward to a new stylist in the coming months!

Chevonne has been colouring/cutting & blow drying my hair for 2 years now and the service she provides is second to none.

Chevonne listens and advises with so much care and attention and leaves you looking and feeling like a million dollars.

All of the staff at Luke Ormsby are amazing, from Mel (the wonderful receptionist) to Lily who is just the nicest apprentice.

Ellie was excellent but I was unhappy with the lady who did the second part washing and blow drying . When I got home ,y ear was full of colour . It took me ages to get the colour out of my ear . Maybe for next time a quick check would rectify the situation .

I had my colour and cut done with Hannah and I couldn’t be happier! ✨ She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The colour is perfect and was exactly what I was hoping for.

The whole salon experience was a treat too – Hannah is not only extremely skilled, but also so warm and friendly, which made the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.

I wanted some lowlights to tone down my existing blond highlights and blend with my natural colour. Chevonne was brilliant at explaining what she needed to do, making sure that it was what I wanted and the result was great! I am so happy with my colour and very thankful to Chevonne, a true professional. I love this salon, very welcoming and, lovely staff.

With the many previous Salons, I’ve tried, I’ve mostly got home and had to do some tweaking myself; but when my hair has had Chivonne’s magic touch, there’s no need because I love it. 😃

I have been going to them for years now, and during my Cancer treatment Chevonne cut my hair for months for free. I love the energy of the place they are all so lovely.

The first time I met Ellie was the day before my graduation and during the day everyone did not stop complimenting my hair! Now a year later, I’m never changing my hairdresser again as with Ellie I’ve never received so many compliments in my life about my hair! She is wonderful !!

Sophie-Mai and Luke did an amazing job. Sophie is in training but still delivered amazing service and I left with a perfect haircut. Luke was an amazing teacher - I felt like I learnt how to cut hair by listening to him teach sophie. The second I sat down I was offered tea, water or coffee - simply such kind service. I came to see Ellie and had originally booked in for highlights but my hair has become so broken due to years of bleaching. I told her I was thinking of going darker and she talked me through the options. She asked colleagues advice too and we came up with a plan. I was so nervous because it’s such a change but wow. I’m so happy with the results. I feel like a new person and I absolutely love my hair!

Rachel just knows how to rectify mistakes. She is so intuitive and takes her time to make you feel special whilst paying attention to what the customer wants and has asked for. Thank you for always making me feel special!
