I had my colour and cut done with Hannah and I couldn’t be happier! ✨ She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The colour is perfect and was exactly what I was hoping for.

The whole salon experience was a treat too – Hannah is not only extremely skilled, but also so warm and friendly, which made the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.

Great colour , Jenny took a lot of time and care over the colour process , and explained everything really well.

I wanted some lowlights to tone down my existing blond highlights and blend with my natural colour. Chevonne was brilliant at explaining what she needed to do, making sure that it was what I wanted and the result was great! I am so happy with my colour and very thankful to Chevonne, a true professional. I love this salon, very welcoming and, lovely staff.

With the many previous Salons, I’ve tried, I’ve mostly got home and had to do some tweaking myself; but when my hair has had Chivonne’s magic touch, there’s no need because I love it. 😃

I have been going to them for years now, and during my Cancer treatment Chevonne cut my hair for months for free. I love the energy of the place they are all so lovely.

The first time I met Ellie was the day before my graduation and during the day everyone did not stop complimenting my hair! Now a year later, I’m never changing my hairdresser again as with Ellie I’ve never received so many compliments in my life about my hair! She is wonderful !!

Sophie-Mai and Luke did an amazing job. Sophie is in training but still delivered amazing service and I left with a perfect haircut. Luke was an amazing teacher - I felt like I learnt how to cut hair by listening to him teach sophie. The second I sat down I was offered tea, water or coffee - simply such kind service. My hair was beautiful and a 10/10. Thank you!!

Amazing balayage, exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was doing the right thing for my hair. Recommended loads of tips for keeping it healthy.

I came to see Ellie and had originally booked in for highlights but my hair has become so broken due to years of bleaching. I told her I was thinking of going darker and she talked me through the options. She asked colleagues advice too and we came up with a plan. I was so nervous because it’s such a change but wow. I’m so happy with the results. I feel like a new person and I absolutely love my hair!

Rachel just knows how to rectify mistakes. She is so intuitive and takes her time to make you feel special whilst paying attention to what the customer wants and has asked for. Thank you for always making me feel special!

Jennie is brilliant and skilled - I was looking g for a stylist/hairdresser and my friend recommended the salon and I have not been anywhere else since.

I have been coming to Luke Ormsby since it opened and I love it. The cruelty free products and sustainability aspect is what made me defect from my previous salon ( who I was with for over a decade) attracted me in the first place, however in addition all the stylists are amazing.. Franci is brilliant and always does a fantastic job on my hair. But all the other stylists are great.

I'm always very happy with the service at Luke Ormsby, however, twice now my appointment has been canceled or moved because my usual colour hasn't been delivered. Not great when I need my hair done for an event.

Best blow dry stylist around, no one can do a better job on my hair then Franci😊
