I’m long overdue in writing a review for First Impressions! I visited last summer to get mine and my daughter’s ears pierced, after a friend’s recommendation. The experience was so positive that I returned to have mine and my daughter’s hair cut by Mario and Amy. Again, the experience was so positive that I booked in today to have my colour with Sam. She is so friendly, talented and knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I asked for after a very thorough consultation, which is so rare in salons these days! I didn’t feel rushed or not listened to by Sam. Sam is an expert so book in for your colour ! Thank you also to the lovely Amy who helped colour my hair today. Will be back again and highly recommend this salon. Thanks so much.
Very good relaxing
I’ve been a customer of First Impressions for the past 20 yrs or more and my mother in law as well from when they first opened. I couldn’t nor wouldn’t change them for any other. They are very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. I now live in Surrey but still travel to have my hair done with them every month.

I have been coming up First Impressions for many years , the reason I keep coming is the lovely staff and professional service , also ,my hair always looks fabulous. Fantastic salon , wouldn’t go anywhere else .
Jodie did my Brazilian keratin treatment 6 weeks ago and I went in today for a conditioning treatment. I was in and out in just over an hour. She did a great job and my hair looks and feels really good.

Mario is a great hair stylist. He is always professional and very friendly. I have been a happy customer at the salon for well over 25 years now.
I’m always asked how the cut has been and the colour so have the chance to comment if I am not happy. Fortunately that has never been the case.
