It is the second time I had a disappointing experience in this salon. The first time I thought it to be an isolated incident so that is why I returned. I won’t dwell on service and result though I could say a lot. There was an urgency and pressure to get me to have very expensive treatments which I politely declined. When they realised the could not get more money from me that way they charged me for senior technician highlights though the person I booked with was not senior but a colour technician - can easily be confirmed on their website. It is not about the extra 30 pounds but it is about the principle. Totally unprofessional behaviour bordering on deceptive practices. Definitely not returning.

We aim to provide a high standard of service to our customers and strive to deliver the best possible results. We apologise that we did not meet your expectations on your two visits but we really do value customer opinion and always welcome feedback, both positive and negative.
If it is ok with you , one of our managers will call you tomorrow as soon as they have had a chance to investigate the details further. We certainly do not to intend to pressurise anybody into treatments that are not needed and we also pride ourselves on our integrity in services and pricing. Jasmine is a Senior Technician but has only recently been promoted, this may be the source of the pricing issue but we will absolutely investigate fully.
Of course we would respect your decision not return to the salon and apologise if the appointment has caused you unnecessary stress.
