I booked a package for my son’s birthday which included an hour massage and facial. I also booked a pedicure for him which prior to his appointment date, they very kindly offered as complimentary!
On the day of my son’s birthday (a Sunday), their therapist was not at the Notting Hill branch as she worked alternate weekends. After apppealing to the lovely staff there including I believe a lady called Alice (apologies if incorrect pronunciation), the owner of the company called me personally and arranged for a therapist to be present on that day to accommodate my son. This was extremely courteous of them as we are new customers and they certainly did not have to do this or give the complimentary pedicure.
My son loved the treatments. He said that at first, he found the massage a little firm, the therapist asked him throughout if it was ok, he mentioned this and she immediately adapted to suit him. He loved the facial and the advise they gave and I have to say, lol, that his feet have never looked so good!!
So an amazing 5stars, for the personalised customer service, something woefully lacking in these times, to the fantastic staff and extremely good therapist. I will definitely be back and in my profession as a column writer for Condé Nast, if the opportunity arises to write a review in these publications recommending Men’s Grooming I will most definitely be promoting this company.
