I went to Billi Currie in Marylebone to have a previous haircut corrected, and I left feeling not only looked after, but understood. Lucy, my stylist, was patient and took her time to really consult with me. She didn’t rush to assume what I needed—she asked questions, listened, and even brought in a second opinion when she wasn’t certain.
Billi himself came over, not just to weigh in, but to uplift. He made me feel good about my hair—about myself—and offered thoughtful recommendations that Lucy carried through with care and precision. He checked in a few more times throughout, advising and guiding, never hovering. The feeling in the salon is that hair is everything, and that the person wearing it matters just as much.
They didn’t try to sell me anything. They gave me time, which I accepted—and that made all the difference.

I decided to be experimental this year and try for a smooth curl look, I am asian and my hair is quite tough to work with and despite my hair being relatively short, therefore difficult to get it curled up, Liberty and her assistant did a fantastic Jon. she was very professional and also advised thoroughly on how to care for look and give helpful direction on how to style.

My daughter and I came together, Neil cut my hair while Debbie did my daughter's. We both love our haircuts, but also loved the experience. This was my first visit to the salon for a cut and colour. Alina made me very welcome and took time to listen to my many hair problems over the years. She took the time to show me how to style with my natural curl, but also then blow dried straight so that I could learn from her technique. I am confident that the recommended products will give me the hair condition!and growth result I want with a little time.
