Until recently I have had a wonderfully positive experience at Toni and Guy. However, my most recent visit was disappointing to say the least. I decided to go for ash brown for my balayage, which was lighter than I usually go. My stylist was very attentive and lovely throughout. However, when she dried my hair, the front sections appeared to be a coppery colour and the bottom sections a lighter shade. I thought it would be ok as I was being seen to by a professional. A few days later I really wasn’t happy, so I decided to go back. I was seen to again and there was an attempt to rectify the issue. The issue hasn’t been resolved. I look at my hair and I am really disappointed with not only the colour (it appears to be four different colours, which don’t compliment each other very well), but I am really unhappy with how the colour has been applied. Unfortunately the blending of the colour appears to have been done in a haphazard sort of manner and it really doesn’t look natural. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but felt inclined to as every time I look at my hair my heart sinks. This is really not the service I expected from a company that prides itself on delivering superior hairdressing.
