I was excited to have finally booked my appointment for a cut and colour.. for religion reasons I requested for a concealed area which I was informed was possible, therefore I agreed to book.. sadly I was placed in what was a unoccupied room that was being used like a store room, I was made aware that I would have to washed my hair on the shop floor Prior to booking which I agreed to. But the room I was placed in, had no mirrors and felt like I was in a dingy place.
The colour look I requested was not done but But I was assured it was.. After having worked a stressful week I didn’t even bother and just agreed to pay..
I was honestly upset.
