I had a haircut today at 11am
He was late by 15 minutes while i waited
I gave clear instructions on how to do my hair but he was unable to understand me despite providing multiple photos on what i wanted.
He then proceeded to cut off majority of my long hair and made it very short ( for example- my hair went down to my shoulders and i wanted it to midway through my neck and somehow my hair is above my neck when he cut it.)
I questioned him multiple times but it appears everything was lost in translation. I asked him to layer my hair but he was severely confused about what that word meant. Even after i showed pictures to other staff members- he proceeded to make it worse than before. I appreciate the other staff member for guiding him but the damage is done already.
I showed examples of curtain bangs to just above eye level and somehow he managed to make my entire fringe go between my eyebrows and my forehead.
I am very unhappy with the service provided today and could not recommend it to anyone ever.
I am shocked this is a ‘ senior stylist’.
