Very good as I came on with no.appointment. My face dropped when it was to be the manager to cut my hair at a price more than I would pay, and it not being central London but North West.. I am not rich, and so was relieved when he traduced the cost. Hoping the haircut will be fine. It looks good and I use Toni &Guy in Leeds. Takes a good week to see but was very happy with the way it was leaving the salon and the experience. Will consider returning if in NW London.
