I got my Kerstin treatment about 6 weeks ago. Today I got another one at a different place - huge difference! At Toni and guy I left with my hair looking super greasy (i didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to look like this. I thought it’s because you’re not supposed to washboard the product for three days). After the first wash I imagined seeing a difference. After the second wash it was all gone. Very disappointed. Not worth for almost £200. but the people working there were very nice.
