My salon appointment was the first time I'd left my house since lockdown and I had a huge panic attack on the journey in. ALL of the staff at the salon were immediately super supportive and offered everything from tea to advice. It was an utterly awful day but Kritzin and Jess and the other staff made it a good day. I want to thank everyone for being so understanding and kind. It was my first big panic attack and I could not have been in better hands.
