I booked a clipper haircut at Beyond Salon to even out my hair after cutting off my locs myself. Despite clearly requesting a clipper cut, scissors were used, leaving my hair uneven, with the sides noticeably shorter than the middle and several chunky sections sticking up. My hair naturally waves and lays flat, and I tried multiple products and styling methods, but the unevenness remained.

When I raised the issue, I was blamed for the outcome instead of being offered a solution. I shared photos and explained that I mainly needed the back corrected, yet this was dismissed. The stylist implied further work would be an extra service, which I found unreasonable given the original appointment was meant to correct my hair.

Based on my experience and public reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated issue. I strongly advise caution before booking, as customer complaints appear to be handled poorly and unprofessionally.
