After not having visited Escapes for some time ( only due to my son becoming a stylist) but currently incapacitated.
I rang Escspes and was offered a standby appointment. Gem rang me and offered me a cancellation.
On entering the Salon l was treated as though ld never been away. All the staff although new to me, were extremely polite and warm and welcoming., offering me drinks & taking my coat etc.
Gem cut and styled my hair, and OMG Gem you’ve not lost your magic. Gem chatted with me and it was as easy going as l remembered.
I felt great and had forgotten how good that felt, I am very greatful for them slotting me in and for not making me feel guilty for having been away for some time.
Escapes of Eltham is still a warm and welcoming Salon, where the client is always centre stage.
