My salon experience was great as usual but booking an appointment over the phone was a nightmare and has been ever since it had been routed through central bookings. The person in the other end of the phone had no idea of how busy the staff in the salon actually were! After 13 minutes on thr phone with her, i gave up and walked down to the salon and the stylysts welcomed me with open arms and managed to fit me in straight away.

The customer experience in salon the best, phone call to make the booking was not conducive to my wanting to carry on with doing so. It would be a real turn off to any potential clients. Please change the system you are providing a service which should make you feel pampered but my phone experience did not!
