Firstly Lauren is a very skilled and competent stylist and I was happy with my colour and cut
Sadly the salon now lacks any sort of welcoming atmosphere
I have been a customer for 15 years and now although I will return as soon as Sinead comes back from maternity I am definitely wondering about changing salons
The friendliness is not there any more
No one spoke to me except Lauren
No magazine for my age range ( ok I could bring my own but half the pleasure is having a look a a gossipy magazine) Toilet was grubby
This costs me a LOT of money and again somewhat surprised at the huge jump in price (visit was £135!!!!)
The salon was not busy and I’m sure a little attention to a few details would help
I will come back but only to see Tweedy or Sinead
