I needed highlight corrections which Amy did a fantastic job on. She listened to my request and suggested the best colour to do the correction to.
She also did a fabulous blow dry - would highly recommend.
Also, I had a toner put on where I found the product used very gentle.....no stinging on scalp.
A great touch being a glass wearer was JAM's great customer service by supplying plastic coverings for side glasses which meant I could read whilst waiting for colour to take.
Amy was very professional like the rest of the team.
