I have been coming to Toni and Giy and getting my haircut by Elle for the past 3 years. This past Sunday, I went for my monthly visit to see Elle for a haircut and as always, she did a phenomenal job! Elle always makes me look and feel wonderful. Elle listens to what I want and always executes it perfectly! Aside from always doing a wonderful job, Elle is always so kind, friendly and welcoming and she makes each visit to the salon a great one for me! I am also thankful to Elle for reaching out to me ahead of the recent announcement that once again, London would be entering lockdown and the salon would be closing. In an effort to make sure I would be able to get a haircut before this happens, Elle personally called me to let me know and to fit me in for a haircut before lockdown and I am extremely thankful and grateful to her for that. It is that kind of thoughtfulness and excellent customer service that keeps me coming back to see Elle and Toni and Guy on a regular basis!!!!
