I have been going to Toni and Guy for the last 10 years and always had a great experience. However my last 2 appointments have been with a stylist called *****, first for a haircut and second for a blow dry. Both experiences were awful. I cried after my haircut as it was so bad. Have to say Toni and Guy were great and gave me a free haircut the next time. After the blow dry, I had to go home and rewash and style it again. I would recommend this salon but not *****.
