I went in for a gel application on Saturday 11 June. It was a bit rushed but seemed okay at first. However, by the evening the polish has started to peel off, bubble and chip (see picture taken the same day as the manicure). After a few days half of my nails were chipped and a few were only half on and had nearly entirely peeled off.
This was part of a block booking of gel applications. I called and emailed to cancel the rest as I didn't want to use them again. They still won't confirm a refund on the future bookings (I was happy to pay for the original application) and every time I speak to them say they will confirm later but never do. They also repeatedly asked me to come in store to discuss but I am away with work for two weeks (hence getting the manicure!). The treatment and service are terrible - avoid at all costs.
