I booked to get my hair coloured on my mobile and after booking I received an email explaining that I required a patch test before attending my appointment.
I called the salon and explained I had got my hair done not long ago, but they said they needed it to be from a tony & guy.
Afterwards they explained I couldn’t attend my appointment and I would still be charged. I said I wouldn’t have booked if I had known this and asked to reschedule and they said no.
I said it was extremely vague and unclear that you could only get a patch test done through them.
They did nothing to help me, gave me no alternative. I would not recommend this salon.
You would think with Toni & Guy being such a huge chain they would have some compassion and help you, extremely disappointing.
