Brendon is usually colouring my hair and I am generally happy with the result. Thank you Brendon. Salon also fits me in last minute whenever they can and I am thankful for that too. Thank you guys.
However, today 20th April I wanted to have a hair cut in addition to the colour and salon assigned ***** for that task.
As my colour was washed off ***** said he needed to dry my hair first to see it and then cut it.
I thought this strange as everyone usually cuts one’s hair while it is wet, but I told him ok since that’s what he wants to do.
***** rough dried my hair and gave me a quick trim. He is a nice gentleman and I was treated well by everyone at the salon including *****, but my hair is fine and there wasn’t much to do.
However, when I went to pay I was charged for cut and blow dry in addition to the colour, but my hair was Never blow dried., hence I was charged for something that wasn’t done.
Like I said above ***** decided to rough dry my hair first and than cut it , so there was no room for the blow dry, as the hair was already dry. So I don’t understand why would I be charged for something that was not done!
Colour and the trim yes, but I was never given the blow dry.
