The service received today was unprofessional! I do not expect to pay for a service only to be spoken to like a child. The fact I was told ‘just let me speak’ whilst the lady slapped her hand with the nail file left me mortified. She didn’t give me a chance to explain what I was asking for. Continuing to raise her voice at me, the man came over and told me to come down!!! I have never felt so humiliated/belittled before in my entire life! I was even more embarrassed when the staff started speaking in their own language with each other, all I was trying to do was explain what I had requested, as I am the customer paying for the service. After being a loyal customer with yourselves I certainly will never be coming back. You have poor time management, rushing customers in and out! Your business should be about quality and not quantity.
