The service received today was unprofessional! I do not expect to pay for a service only to be spoken to like a child. The fact I was told ‘just let me speak’ whilst the lady slapped her hand with the nail file left me mortified. She didn’t give me a chance to explain what I was asking for. Continuing to raise her voice at me, the man came over and told me to come down!!! I have never felt so humiliated/belittled before in my entire life! I was even more embarrassed when the staff started speaking in their own language with each other, all I was trying to do was explain what I had requested, as I am the customer paying for the service. After being a loyal customer with yourselves I certainly will never be coming back. You have poor time management, rushing customers in and out! Your business should be about quality and not quantity.

I've been to this nail salon numerous times for my shellac manicures. They spoke GOOD English. They also repaired the nail quickly and look at them so nicely. Very nice salon! New equipment, nicely decorated, and a great pedicure

I have never been one to get my nails done, especially since my job is pretty rough on my hands, but I've gotten dip powder done twice just within about four weeks and they're so nice! I love the colors and how sturdy they are. Just got the green today and I love it!!

I went here on a Friday 10/Sep to get my nails done. I must say the Ambiance is wonderful! I really felt like I was at home and relax the customer were as welcoming as the nail technician. I felt so comfortable and relaxed till I was falling asleep getting my nails done. Her voice was also soothing as she was humming to the delightful music. This is my first time here and I must say this will be my number one spot for nail service. I've already booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance.
