I’ve been going to Cutting Bay for years as a loyal customer. I was debating whether or not to write this review as I’ve never had a bad experience but this time, I felt I had to say something. I get my hair cut by Jansu.. yansu not sure how to spell her name and apologies if I got it wrong. She cuts my hair well and does a good job but this time when I went (I don’t know if she was having a bad day or in a bad mood) she was making very bitchy comments to me about my hair and the condition it was in. One comment was about how thin my hair felt even though I’ve been trying to improve the thickness of my hair as I had a lot fall out last year due to stress and other problems I don’t wish to mention. I felt very self conscious about myself after and down about it. I work with customers in my job and I would never dream of speaking to customers like that! On top of this, she didn’t blow dry the back of my hair once the hair cut was finished so my hair was left frizzy. I don’t go and get my hair cut often but now I’m debating whether I want to go back because of how I was made to feel.
