I didn't have the same positive experience as I'd had the first time visiting with a different stylist. Nothing wrong with the cut or the stylist exactly. Just a less relaxing experience. I was sold to constantly & felt uncomfortable when I had to ask if 'smoothing over my hair' would cost as if I had a blow dry. People are on budgets so being more transparent with costs would be helpful.

We do have different pricing levels and hope that there is something for every budget. Our guide pricing is on our website and online booking system and Libby's price was our lowest for a cut with rough dry at £44, whereas Jess charges more on a higher level. We do also currently offer services as a model for 50% off those entry levels prices and we completely appreciate times are difficult financially for many people so are always happy to clarify pricing or suggest alternatives where possible.
I'm also sorry to hear you felt sold to. Nobody likes that. We do encourage our team to recommend how to maintain hair condition and style at home, but I'm sorry if you felt Libby was overzealous on this.
